We strive to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, the actual color will depend on your device; we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of any colors will be accurate.
If you're unsatisfied with your purchase we happily accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.

SHIPPING
Yes, we ship all over the world. Free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once your order is shipped out. Or you can go to "Track Order" page to check the status by your tracking number.
Typical transit time is between 5-7 business, processing time is 1-3 business days.
We do! You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at an additional cost $3.00.
Sometimes it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after an order has shipped. If 72 hours have passed and you still do not see tracking updates, it's possible our system assigned the incorrect carrier link to your tracking number. Just write to us at support@beneunder.com if it happens.
Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.
Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours. Otherwise, we'll be happy to start a return for you when you get the package.
If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred:
Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;
A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.
If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after fourteen days, please let us know at support@beneunder.com.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is Beneunder's top priority - whether it's the size, fit, color, or something else, if you're unsatisfied with your purchase we happily accept returns for 30 days after purchase.
If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact support@beneunder.com and our customer service team will assist you with replacing or crediting the damaged items.
To ensure you receive a full refund and your return process goes smoothly, please remember: Damaged, washed, dyed, or altered items may not be returned.
We will offer a full refund for you on all returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached.
Winter Sale Promotion FAQ
Yes, discounts on clearance items can be combined with the site-wide discount, providing you with additional savings.
Yes, when you add Winter Sale series items to your cart, the system will automatically apply the corresponding discount, making it easier for you to enjoy the benefits.
Unfortunately, Winter Sale series items are already offered at the maximum possible discount and cannot be combined with the site-wide discount.
On the cart checkout page, you can review the order summary section to verify whether the applicable discounts have been applied. The total order amount will reflect all relevant discounts.
