We want you to love your Beneunder products. But if you’re having second thoughts, we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.

1. Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact support@beneunder.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in order processing and can no longer be modified or canceled.

2. How to initiate a return?
First email us at support@beneunder.com and let us know your order number. Then we will provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund. Please ensure that the original appearance is not damaged, not stained, and not used (including packaging). If the goods are damaged due to improper handling, we reserve the right to deny the return.

*Note:
Please do not return the items to the original shipping address on the shipping label.
We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method to avoid delays or lost parcels.

3. What is the return period?
We provide a refund & exchange period within 30 days of the date that you receive your package.

*Important: Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.

4. Under what circumstances do I have to pay the return shipping costs?

  • Personal Reason: Dislike / Unsuitable
    Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping option as we are not responsible for lost returns.
  • Quality Problem: Wrong / Damaged Items
    No, you don’t need to pay for return shipping. Please email us with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a solution accordingly.

5. How to Exchange?
First email us at support@beneunder.com and provide your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the reason. Our customer service team will respond with next steps.

*Note: Items must be in original packaging and unused. Exchanges are only permitted for the same item and cannot be made for a different product or value.

6. Do I have to pay for the exchange shipping?

  • No Quality Issues: You are responsible for the return shipping cost and any price difference.
  • With Quality Issues: We cover the shipping. Please provide your order number and relevant photos (including packaging and product issues) for review.

7. When will I receive my exchange?
Once we receive and confirm your return is eligible for exchange, we’ll place a new order. Please provide us with your return tracking number. It typically takes 1 business day to process, and 5–7 business days for standard delivery.

8. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Discounted items

9. Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is accepted, please ship your items to the address provided by our team. After our warehouse confirms the condition, we will issue a refund within 7 working days to your PayPal or credit card.

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 working days, please check with your bank or credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at support@beneunder.com.
